The reception desk is opened Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, Saturdays from 9.00 am to 7 pm and Sundays between 8.00 am to 2pm. Take a ticket, park your car and go to the reception desk. Outside the opening hours of the reception or if the receptionist is not present, use the call button to enter and quit the car park. You must have always with you the booking code.
