Recognition of your booking will be made upon your arrival. Arrival between 7AM and 9PM ONLY.

1 - Drive in and take the parking ticket and park your vehicle on a non-reserved place
2 - Use your ticket to open pedestrian areas inside the carpark
3 - Upon exiting the carpark, at the barrier and from your vehicle, please contact the customer center and give them your booking code (6 digits) and your last name
It will be necessary to repeat this procedure every time you get in and out of the carpark.

N.B.: in case of overrun, please contact the customer center at the automated payment machine before going to your personal vehicle..
